Idea Incorporated Limited is an design consultancy. We are registered in England and Wales as a limited company under registration number 12451067 and our registered office is at Aldwych House, Winchester Street, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 2EA.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Legislation and this notice, we are the ‘data controller’. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal data about you. We now require under the Data Protection Legislation to notify you of the information contained in this privacy notice.

The data we collect

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
